Ideas on improving the quality of investment opportunities, reducing regulations and matching investors with businesses, are being developed into action initiatives with volunteer task forces. In general, the CO Capital congress seeks to: Improve the quality of opportunities to invest in Colorado businesses so as to attract investment from around the world and off the sidelines Leverage the Internet to more efficiently and effectively facilitate matchmaking between sources of capital and businesses that need it Remove or reduce existing and outdated legal and regulatory barriers to capital formation The Colorado Capital Congress represents a unique opportunity to act democratically to identify, develop and implement change to improve our community and our economy.
